Do we need to hire a facilitator?

No. BOOWAJOE® is designed for easy use by your existing staff. A teacher, counselor, administrator, youth-program leader, or other approved adult plays the character-led video and uses the included guide and activities.

Is this an assembly or a classroom curriculum?

Accepted Answer

Both options are available. Schools may purchase a standalone assembly experience, a full multi-lesson curriculum, or a schoolwide/district license.

Which grades are served?

Programs are designed for PreK–5, with separate lower-elementary and upper-elementary adaptations or grade-band guidance.

Does BOOWAJOE® replace our district safety plan or emergency procedures?

Accepted Answer

No. BOOWAJOE® supplements educational efforts. Schools must always follow their own approved policies, emergency operations plans, student-support procedures, and directions from authorities.

Can a district purchase access for multiple schools?

Yes. BOOWAJOE® offers classroom, school, district, municipality, and custom organizational licensing options.

Are materials accessible?

Programs should include closed captions, transcripts, print-friendly student resources, clear visuals, and adaptable activities. Additional language and accessibility options can be offered by license tier.

Can we customize the materials?

Accepted Answer

Each safety program includes designated pages where schools can add their own trusted-adult contacts, local procedures, evacuation information, reporting pathways, and family communication details. Core BOOWAJOE® character content, videos, and copyrighted materials may not be altered without written permission.
